The weight of the equipment plus the medium is over 50 tons, and the wall thickness is only 6 units; I’m a bit worried. I would like to ask the experts whether such cylindrical leg-type supports can be used, and how to verify their suitability

The drawing isn’t very clear; is this a solid material silo?
I think this design is fine; earhooks, short legs, or a skirt base that is shorter than the cylinder are commonly used in platforms or frames, etc., to provide more operating space for installing packaging machinery and other equipment below.
The new version of SW6 includes a calculation for rigid rings; alternatively, it is possible to use the method specified in NBT47003, but this is not recommended
Strength and stability calculations must be carried out, and it must pass those checks before it’s acceptable. Calculation is needed! Calculate! Calculate!
Personally, I believe this support method carries high risks (there is a high possibility of local instability), and stress analysis is required to accurately determine its feasibility. Rigid ring supports are still reliable, and they can be calculated using conventional methods.
Ring supports (with rigid rings) are more appropriate.
