Dear experts, my factory has a process requirement that involves using superheated steam at a pressure of 3.8–4.0 MPa and at a temperature of around 400 degrees Celsius to heat the heat transfer oil. The inlet temperature of the heat transfer oil is around 200–210 degrees Celsius, and it is necessary to raise its temperature to 230–250 degrees Celsius. Is there any company that can manufacture such equipment?
Both shell-and-tube heat exchangers and spiral plate heat exchangers should be able to meet these operating conditions, and there are many manufacturers capable of producing them. The area and structural parameters of the heat exchanger need to be determined through heat transfer process calculations.

The 9MPa steam-heated heat transfer oil exchanger we designed has been in use for 10 years with no problems. Steam flows through the tube side, with a high-pressure sealing structure.
