What does the completion documentation for process engineering mainly include? I would like to ask whether the container data sheet submitted by the process engineering team to the equipment engineering team should be included as part of the completion documents. Is there any specific standard that addresses this?

You can consider the process and the equipment as two separate elements. Pressure vessels have specific technical specifications; the process aspect is not subject to evaluation, and no requirements are placed on it. Anything related to the process does not affect the acceptance of the vessel. It is crucial not to confuse the owner with the installation unit or the user unit; never replace the as-built drawings of the equipment with process design drawings due to an unclear distinction between these two roles.
