Breather valves and emergency pressure relief manholes need to be added to the tank top; what tests are required after welding? Is it necessary to obtain the consent and approval of the original design unit?
The design must be carried out by a unit with relevant design qualifications; it is not necessary to use the original design team
It must be designed by a qualified design firm or bear its signature
First, the plan must obtain written approval from the original design unit or a design unit with corresponding capabilities； Secondly, go to the local supervision department to inform them and obtain their consent ； Third, the construction unit must possess the appropriate qualifications ； Fourth, supervision and inspection are required ； Fifth, it is necessary to obtain a new permit for use.
