I underestimated things; thinking that the ground torch equipment was simple, I didn’t assign anyone to carry out a FAT. As a result, what the manufacturer sent to the site had an external structure like this (Figure 1) and an internal structure like that (Figure 2).
Should we send it back or wait for someone from the torch manufacturer to fix it? Sigh, it’s delaying progress.
Prepare a equipment acceptance report accompanied by photos, send it to the other party in the form of an official company letter (stamped with the company seal), and file it. Additionally, analyze from the perspective of equipment principles whether this process has an impact on the use of the equipment. For reference.
No job can be taken lightly; problems arise from negligence.

By the way, I have a gentle question: is it from Beijing Aerospace?
It’s a company from Jiangsu, but none of these companies in China are that good either; they all rely on subcontracting and sub-subcontracting.

My previous company was a small workshop, but it had very strict quality control measures; every weld had to be inspected before painting, with at least a visual inspection being carried out, and they also worked on things like torch cylinders
The workshop can be small, but you can’t damage your brand – reputation is very important!
Companies can be large or small, but integrity cannot.
