This is a photo inside the skirt of the tower; there is water remaining even after grouting. Normally, the grouting surface should be higher than the bottom of the drainage holes. What harm can occur if water remains in the skirt base for a long time?
We require that the secondary grouting layer be at the same level as the bottom of the water injection port; any additional amount of grout used must be confirmed via an official voucher
