Calculation issues for the intermediate skirt of vertical heat exchangers

Dear colleagues: Hello. There is a vertical heat exchanger with a conical skirt in the middle. Can this skirt be calculated using SW6? If it’s possible, how should the calculation be carried out? I would appreciate it if those who can do the calculations could give some guidance. Thank you in advance. The structure of the heat exchanger is shown in the schematic diagram.
An approximate calculation can be carried out using SW6, by referring to the tower structure and based on the overlapping skirt base
