Should the welding procedure qualification for S30942 be conducted for stainless steel or nickel materials?

Regarding the evaluation of the S39042 base material, should it be done according to Fe8-1 or Ni-5? I checked 47014, and it states that Fe-8 is only applicable to forgings of type 47010 For Ni5, 24511 and 47010 apply, meaning both sheets and forgings can be used? The welding material E386 is actually an Fe8T electrode; I’m not quite sure how to proceed with this. I would appreciate it if experts could advise me on how to carry out this welding assessment. .
I’m asking experts for advice: there’s a composite plate with code 39042 in the factory that requires a welding assessment. If the assessment is conducted using nickel-based materials as a reference, then welders skilled in working with nickel materials would also be insufficient for this task. .
