Activated carbon filter

Dear sea friends, do any of you use activated carbon filters? Is there a good way to replace the activated carbon, one that doesn’t require digging through the access hole at the bottom? Everyone who knows about this, please share your thoughts
I’m not sure if you mean activated carbon particles or carbon rods
The activated carbon particles can be removed through the access hole at the bottom of the container or the pipe flange; alternatively, water can be introduced from above while the flow is directed downward to filter the particles. The carbon rods need to be removed one by one by taking off the large cover. I have dealt with both of these: lol
Are carbon particles and carbon rods similar in effect? For the same processing volume, isn’t the carbon rod version much larger?
Their functions are different; carbon rods serve for filtration and adsorption, while carbon particles only have an adsorptive function :)
Oh, mine is only used to absorb organic substances from wastewater; it consumes a fair amount of activated carbon, so the carbon needs to be replaced roughly once a month. Therefore, it’s necessary to find a simple way to load and replace the activated carbon
