The purpose of the nitrogen seal in this reactor is to prevent moisture from entering. I would like to ask: is the nitrogen sealing for this reactor achieved by evacuating the interior of the equipment and then filling it with nitrogen? Should the design pressure of the equipment take -0.1 MPa into account?
The operating pressure of a reactor is determined by its corresponding design pressure, and it has nothing to do with nitrogen sealing. As for nitrogen sealing, simply fill it with nitrogen and then seal it. Check the pressure regularly.
The nitrogen seal pressure should be slightly higher than that of the moisture-containing component; as for whether displacement is required and how to determine the pressure, it depends on the specific process
There is no need for vacuuming; it can be directly replaced with nitrogen while maintaining the pressure
If the device has a vacuum pumping system, its design pressure, or minimum operating pressure, must be negative.
