Question bank for pressure vessel design review exam

I heard there is a question bank for pressure vessel design review exams; where can it be downloaded?
On http://www.cn-pe.org/, there is a question bank system for those responsible for the design approval of pressure vessels and pressure pipelines in the lower right corner, but it cannot be accessed
Is it still necessary to take the exam for the certification now?
Why isn’t there one? If your company has the qualifications for pressure vessel design, it is still required to have auditors on staff, unless you are not in the pressure vessel industry. It is said that it’s harder to obtain a certification these days
