Why? I assume that the existing memory storage capacity of a person is equivalent to 1 unit; I fill 1/3 of this space with information, and after some organization, I fill another 2/3 of it. Further optimization then results in the entire space being filled up to 1 unit. After that, I plan to create a second unit...... If the space in unit 1 isn’t utilized properly, then creating unit 2 will disrupt one’s memory and thinking processes, or one will have to keep switching back and forth between units 1 and 2, which is quite exhausting, isn’t it? These are also sudden expressions of gratitude; they help avoid unnecessary detours. It’s important to keep one’s mind clear and focused, free from confusion. Over time, confusion can accumulate, leading to fatigue and reduced efficiency. That’s why at HaiChuan Middle School I learned of a spirit: the spirit of gathering small elements together, combining details, understanding the essence, and extending kindness broadly – in other words, taking from the sea and using it like water from a river. Teach them how to fish, and with determination they will surely succeed. At HaiChuan, I consider it very important to organize the information properly, so that it can be accessed whenever needed, avoiding the hassle of having to search around again, with no guarantee of finding what’s required. Let’s think together about how to put people, things, circumstances, reason, and actions in their proper places.
