Color ring specifications for above-ground storage tanks of flammable liquids

Recently, experts’ inspections indicated that the methanol storage tanks need to be painted with brown rings; however, it was not specified which standard should be followed. Could someone please help provide this information?
There are requirements for the pipes, but I don’t see any equipment.
