To ensure that the surface of the stainless steel cylinder is not damaged during rolling, we always cover the stainless steel sheet with kraft paper as a protective layer in advance. I’m curious to know how others carry out protection; are there any more cost-effective methods?
Roll benders for carbon steel and stainless steel are used separately; the rollers are covered with straw rope.
Rubber pads are placed on the rollers of the rolling machine; the manufacturing environment is kept clean, and it does not come into contact with carbon steel tools.
