A horizontal container has a slight inclination, and the heights of its two saddles are different; so how can SW6 be used to calculate these saddles? Is there anyone with experience in this area? Thank you

Because it is not perpendicular, gravity is decomposed into components perpendicular and parallel to the saddle plane, so more consideration needs to be given to the force components in the axial direction. Of course, the tilt angle is very small and can be ignored; since safety is assured, it can be used as a reference
If the inclination angle is very small, it has no impact on the calculation results; If the tilt angle is very large, it is best to reduce it

The horizontally mounted containers we design have relatively small diameters, generally under 1200, with an inclination angle of usually less than 2 degrees; using SW6 for the calculations of such horizontal containers poses no problem
No special consideration is needed; just calculate it using the standard saddle method; In engineering, many problems need to be simplified for practical purposes, rather than through scientific research ;
If the inclination angle is very small, it can be ignored.
