Nozzles are to be installed on the seam where the head sections are welded together. The head sections have already been 100% inspected for defects; is it still necessary to conduct inspections after welding at those openings (i.e., at the locations where the nozzles are installed)?
After the head is formed, RT testing is performed on the welds; openings are made in these welds to weld in the nozzles, and the seams of the head itself are not tested

The seams at the header do not need to be rechecked, but the welds in the area around the openings do; at least 100% PT or MT inspection is required, according to GB150-2011 6.1.4... This ensures that there are no defects exceeding the specified limits within a 2dop range around the center of the openings...
No further repeated testing is required.
No additional imaging is required for holes in the head; the head itself is already subject to 100% imaging.
Do you mean the weld around the opening circumference, that is, the circumference where the pipe is welded to the cylinder, to be inspected by radiography?

Does that mean that if 85% are inspected, then 100% of them need to be inspected again? Is that done through RT/UT or surface inspection?
It has been 100% tested; there is no need to test it again.
It depends on the inspection requirements for the welds between the pipe and the shell as specified in the design documents
It’s fine to have them all photographed; this one is mainly for welds where only local testing was carried out at the opening.
