The company is about to have its licenses renewed. Previously, there were two licenses: one for pressure vessel design and another for manufacturing; under the new licensing system, these have been combined into a single manufacturing license. The company can now design and manufacture products on its own, but it is not allowed to carry out design work for others. I ask those who have had their certificates replaced: is the design stamp still applied on the design blueprint? There is no design certificate number anymore. Thank you!
It should still be a seal specific to design purposes; the content format remains the same, with the original design license number being replaced by a manufacturing license number
The format of the seal shall comply with TSG 21 -2016.
It still needs to be stamped! Do design files also need to be stored separately?
Call the higher-level department to ask; generally, just getting another design stamp will do. You can’t just use the company seal, right?

Stamp with the special equipment manufacturing license number
Stamp with the “Special Equipment Design Dedicated Seal”; the format shall comply with TSGR1001-2008 and subsequent amendments to the seal specifications (including the addition of the legal representative’s name), and the serial number shall correspond to that of the production license.
There are discrepancies between the dimensions shown on the drawings and the actual values; therefore, a special seal for design purposes is required, and its format, management, and usage must comply with TSG21-2016
