The steel cables used for loading in our company always damage the painted surface; after loading, it is necessary to redo the painting, which is very troublesome. This not only affects the appearance but also results in color differences and uneven thicknesses after repainting. Please suggest some solutions. Thank you.

Currently, many people use slings or wrap steel cables for protection; in some cases, protective pads must also be added to the steel cables to prevent damage to the lifted objects. It would be best to include a diagram for reference.

Secure it with canvas straps, or protect the equipment at the wrapping area using rubber bands or wooden splints. Generally, canvas straps are used.
Of course, I’ve also seen those that come with a small tin of paint; that’s a makeshift solution. :lol
