During the design defense, it is required to give a brief introduction to the device one has designed; what aspects should be covered in that introduction
Is this an engineer’s defense or a graduation project defense?
Simple: cause, process, result... The cause is discussing the input conditions; the process involves considering the structure to be used or various special considerations; the result is what is shown in the diagram today. Specifically, we can discuss the equipment’s requirements, from material specifications to manufacturing requirements, especially some special ones
Questions are generally divided into those related to theoretical concepts, and those specific to the equipment in question
To understand the origin of the elements in one’s drawings, for example, each clause in the technical requirements should be backed by standards or theories; it cannot arise out of nowhere
