Do the breather valves and pressure relief manholes of atmospheric storage tanks need to be taken offline for inspection once a year? If the unit is in operation, can the breather valve be taken offline for inspection directly? They are mostly breather valves and pressure relief manholes for dome tanks. It takes about a week to go through the inspection process and get things online
