Shell-and-tube heat exchanger with extractable tube bundles

Dear sea friends, besides the conventional shell-and-tube heat exchangers with extractable tubes, are there any other types with that structure? I found one online; does anyone know it? Could you explain it to me?
There are also those with floating heads and U-tubes, all of which are extractable
The structure in the image is not of the floating-head or U-tube type; it is a single-pass heat exchanger with removable tube bundles. The most important aspect is how to seal the shell side and the tube side

For the sealing on the rear side, I’m not sure how to carry out this sealing. The medium flowing in the shell side is water, at a pressure of 0.6 MPa, while the medium in the tube side is gas or oil, at a pressure of 3.0 MPa. I’ve never worked with fillers before and am a bit confused; could you please explain it to me?
For the structure of this gasket shown in the diagram I found, how can it ensure sealing between the tube side and the shell side while allowing slight displacement of the floating head? What are the things to keep in mind?
