Personally, I think this should be a task related to the civil engineering field, but now the client is asking us to provide foundation plans. The equipment in question is one with a diameter of 1600 and a height of 10 meters; the medium used is gas. Its weight is approximately 11 tons. The foundation currently under consideration is 5m×5m×1.2m in size. A layer of ash will be laid at the bottom, with rebar of type 22@150 (HRB400) used in two layers arranged in both directions; tie rods will also be installed in the middle. The foot bolts are of type M24×800 and are welded to the rebar. The concrete strength grade required is C35. I would like to ask if this setup is appropriate It’s really troublesome: Q is seeking advice from experts.
