Calculation of U-shaped heat exchange tube plate

Please tell me, should the U-shaped tube plate calculation of the following structure adopt the b-type or f-type structure in GB/T151?
Type B is a welded structure with the pipe box and shell side cylinder.
It is obviously type F. The effective thread length of the bolt hole is longer than that of the nut. We often see this, but it is still a good thing that the tube sheet has a shoulder.
In the second picture, the diameter of the tube side is larger than that of the shell side. In fact, many of them are calculated using type B. It would be difficult to calculate using type F, but others have always used it.
It all looks like F, are you a supervisor? If you can pass according to the B pattern, I feel like the supervisor is too unqualified.

What do you mean that people keep using it and the calculation model they use is wrong? Do you think the supervisory inspection is a fool?
