Medium: Circulating water, pressure 0.3–0.5 MPa. Purpose: The filter is placed before the DN150 spray pipe to prevent debris from clogging the nozzles； The Y-type filter currently in use has a filter screen that tends to get clogged with rust and other debris, resulting in little mist coming from the nozzle; it needs to be cleaned frequently ； I’m looking for recommendations for good filters that can be cleaned online or easily and quickly
Aren’t they all slip bolts, which need to be cleaned regularly?
It mainly depends on the amount of impurities present in the water; a blue-type filter made of stainless steel, equipped with a drain valve, could be considered. It features a large filtration area and high efficiency. To achieve online cleaning, inlet and outlet valves as well as a bypass path can be added to ensure continuous water supply, while also allowing for the maintenance and cleaning of the filter elements.
