Hello everyone! What is needed to obtain a pressure vessel design review certificate? Which books’ questions are mainly tested? I would appreciate guidance from experienced experts.
GB-T 150.1~150.4-2011 Pressure Vessels; GB-T 151-2014 Heat exchangers ; GB-T 12337-2014 Steel Spherical Storage Tanks ; NB-T 47041-2014 Tower Containers ; NB-T 47042-2014 Horizontal containers. and its standard definition. Special Regulations, Code of Practice NB-T 47015-2011 Welding Procedures for Pressure Vessels ; NB-T 47014-2011 Welding Procedure Qualification for Pressure Equipment ; Heat treatment procedures. Most of the questions on the exam platform can be found there. The defense is not clear.
The Gas Association’s? Is it from the provincial hospital? The procedures vary from province to province; it depends on the level you are at and where you go to get it
Hello, thank you for your reply. I would like to obtain the A2 Design Review Certificate. What are the differences between the examination content required by the Gas Association and that required in Jiangsu Province?
Hello, is there a standard definition for each criterion you mentioned?
I haven’t taken the Jiangsu provincial exam, but it’s relatively simple. The A1/A2 qualifications offered by the Gas Association are now collectively referred to as S1; the content of the examination and defense is the same. The instructor explained that the design principles for A1 and A2 are identical, with only the diameter differing. Note that if you choose A2, the spherical tank exam is mandatory

Large capacity specifications are also one of the main assessment criteria
Hello, expert. Isn’t the spherical tank now classified as A3? Why do you need to take the spherical tank exam in addition to obtaining the A2 design approval certificate?
