What is the reason for this? It’s urgent! Does anyone know?
Check the input values repeatedly. There is no other way. SW6 does not display any error messages for input calculations; it’s not intelligent at all
There could be various reasons for software errors; some possible causes are as follows: 1. Hardware compatibility issues: a mismatch between the calculation tube sheet and the software version, or hardware problems with the calculation tube sheet itself. 2. Software installation issues: When reinstalling the software, the old installation files may not have been completely removed, leading to conflicts. 3. Operating system issues: There may be configuration problems with the operating system, or conflicts between other software and the heat exchanger management software. Ways to solve this problem are: 1. Ensure that the versions of the calculation tube sheet and the software are compatible; you can try updating the software or upgrading the firmware of the calculation tube sheet. 2. Completely uninstall and reinstall the software, making sure to delete all related files and registry entries. 3. Check the operating system settings and other installed software; it may be necessary to disable some conflicting software or adjust certain system settings in order to resolve the conflicts. If the above methods do not solve the problem, it is recommended to contact the software developer or the manufacturer of the heat exchanger tubes to seek their technical support. .
There was really no other way; I copied all the SW6 installation files from colleague’s D drive and used them to replace the existing files, which solved the problem. .
