For stainless steel composite panel manufacturing equipment, can an inner stainless steel tube structure be used for the small connecting pipes?
The transition tubes of composite steel plates are made of pure stainless steel; there’s no need to use another layer of stainless steel. Only for particularly large connection tubes is lining the interior considered.
For 108 and 89, should it be lining or surfacing?
For 108, and 89 – our company has small hole surfacing machines, so we use those for the surfacing process. It’s completely sufficient; there’s no need to use stainless steel pipes for such large pipes – what’s the point of adding an inner lining?
Is it a structure in which such a seated carbon steel forged fitting is used as the base layer, with a stainless steel fitting + flange inserted inside?
The small nozzles of high- and low-temperature equipment have safe linings; for equipment operating at temperatures below 300°C, all-stainless steel can be used as a substitute
For sizes under 3 inches, use pure stainless steel; for sizes 3 inches and above, use surfacing welding directly
High pressure – pure stainless steel forged pipes are not cost-effective!
