The integrated safety oil unloading system employs a technology approach that combines AI-based video analysis with PLC logic control. By integrating Sinopec’s current \"eight-step oil unloading procedure,\" it enables automatic monitoring of various aspects throughout the oil unloading process, including the discharge of static electricity from human bodies, the grounding status of tank trucks, the time required to stabilize the tank trucks, the collection of vehicle license plate data, the inspection of the clothing worn by those performing the unloading operations, the verification of fire-fighting equipment, the checking of whether personnel are on duty, the inspection of triangular braces, and the monitoring of actions related to oil sampling. This system facilitates a closed-loop management of the oil unloading process, integrating functions such as detection, alarm generation, coordinated control, and traceability. Operation procedure: 1. Park the vehicle in the designated oil unloading area and connect the oil unloading hose. 2. The driver and passenger give a signal in front of the video camera, then place wheel chocks under the wheels. 3. The driver touches the static electricity discharge device to release static electricity (it is necessary to touch this device periodically to ensure that someone is present throughout the oil unloading process); after static electricity is discharged, the vehicle key is placed there, and the corresponding indicator light turns on. 4. Connect the static electricity grounding clip to the tank truck’s body; once connected, the corresponding indicator light turns on. 5. Once static electricity grounding is properly established, the system automatically switches to video analysis. Once the video security analysis light comes on, the system begins to receive results from AI behavior analysis. 6. After video analysis is completed, the corresponding indicator light turns on, and the system enters the countdown phase for stabilizing the pressure in the tank truck. During this phase, the indicator light flashes; once stabilization is complete, the light remains lit continuously. 7. Once the tank stabilization indicator light on the tank truck is constantly lit, turn the corresponding switch knob to open the oil discharge valve, thereby entering the ‘oil discharge in progress’ mode. 8. During the ‘oil discharge in progress’ mode, setting any of the switch knobs to the ‘off’ position will initiate the ‘stop oil discharge’ process. Once the process reaches the stage of stopping unloading, the system shuts down all valves and stops receiving alerts from video surveillance systems and safety devices. 9. After the oil unloading stops, the process enters the tank stabilization phase; during this phase, the indicator light flashes. Once stabilization is complete, the indicator light remains on continuously. 10. After the stabilization of the tank is complete, follow the voice instructions and procedural guidance to return the static clamps and retrieve the vehicle key. 11. After retrieving the keys, proceed with the process of returning the remaining oil to the tank. At this point, the driver moves the vehicle; once that is done, the staff reattach the static electricity clamp and use an oil barrel to collect the remaining oil. Then, they select the appropriate valve on the control unit to open it (only valves that were fully opened during the unloading process can be used), thereby allowing the remaining oil to be poured back in. 12. Press the button to select ‘Off’ again, and the process is completed.
