A pressure buffer tank is intended to be installed on the compressor outlet pipeline in order to reduce airflow pulsations. What data is needed to design a buffer tank?
Medium/properties, pressure, temperature, flow rate, service life, residence time,
Pressure, temperature, volume or diameter length, medium or material, size and location of the pipe outlet (safety valve), flow rate, etc……
