Regarding stainless steel weld evaluation coverage

This is my first time conducting a weld evaluation. For specimens made of S31603, using ER316L welding wire and TIG welding, can the resulting weld evaluation cover S30408, S30403, and S31608 as well? According to NBT47014-2023, the base material and welding materials are of the same category, right? There are also no relevant major factors
According to the provisions of NBT 47014-2023, if the base material and welding filler metal belong to the same category, and no factors that significantly affect welding properties are involved in the welding process (such as different welding methods or wire types), then the weld evaluation conducted using S31603 test pieces and ER316L welding wire can cover stainless steels of the S30408, S30403, and S31608 grades. All three materials belong to austenitic stainless steels and have similar welding properties. .
