As the title suggests: 1. Can a DN400 equipment flange be used? 2. Are all equipment flange sizes that are not listed in NBT47020~47023-2012 considered non-standard flanges?
Select a flange for piping, or calculate it as a non-standard flange.
What pressure level? Is a flange according to HG/T20592 suitable?

The flange dimensions specified in the NB/T47021-23 standard can be used as a reference, as the dimensions of flanges for standard containers are the result of optimized design; it is advisable to avoid using the standards for pipe flanges. However, as long as the structural dimensions of the flange are changed, it becomes a non-standard flange, and flange calculations are required.
