Regarding the nominal lifting capacity of the APB type tail lug

Hello, friends. I have a question regarding lifting lugs. According to Table 11.0.2 in HG/T21574-2018, the nominal lifting capacity of the rear lifting lug APB-10 is 300 tons. Since the APB type features a structure composed of two lifting lugs, I would like to know whether 300 tons refers to the nominal lifting capacity of one of these lugs, or rather that of the entire combined structure of the two lugs
