Could an expert please help analyze the reasons for corrosion in the reductant reflux pipe?

Hello, experts. The ammonium bisulfite (reductant) produced by our company’s thermal power plant is stored in the reductant tanks located in the tank area of the power plant; these tanks are made of fiberglass. The reductant return pipes are made of 304 material. After being in use for about 1.5 years, they have now become corroded and can no longer be used. I would appreciate it if you could help analyze the reasons for this corrosion. Thank you!
Is it because the 304 stainless steel pipes were not properly passivated during construction, and no protective film was formed?
It has been in use for about one and a half years, and the leakage only started appearing recently. After replacing a bend, corrosion was found inside it. After replacing the elbow, other parts started leaking again

This is too difficult to analyze. There are too many factors that can cause corrosion in 304 tubes. Is it only leaking at the elbow, or does it leak also in the straight sections?
