During operation, polymers or particles often adhere to the surface of the valve core, causing scaling and frequent jamming. In such cases, it is possible to consider solutions from a material perspective, that is, by modifying the surface of the valve core so that it becomes highly smooth, thereby greatly reducing its surface energy and making it difficult for scaling substances to adhere to it.
