Place an argon protection ring above the pouring cup; a steel tube is installed on this protection ring. A paper cap holder and an aluminum cap are placed above it. Argon is introduced 10–30 seconds before pouring, then the ladle is lowered for pouring ; After pouring is complete, a covering agent is poured into the Ming riser ; Use gas cutting or mechanical processing to remove risers and excess material ; Dehydrogenation heat treatment and performance heat treatment are carried out to obtain the cast steel part. The cast steel parts produced by the method of this invention have a low hydrogen content.
