Lanshi Heavy Equipment successfully completed the manufacturing of two trickle-bed reactors for Xinjiang Xuanli Environmental Protection Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Xinjiang Xuanli Environmental Protection”)’s 100,000 tons per year green extraction project for tar phenols, and delivered them on time – 13 days ahead of the original schedule – thereby creating favorable conditions for the subsequent installation of the equipment’s internal components. As the first and largest green fine processing project for coal tar phenols in China, this project uses phenol oil, water-on-oil fractions, and phenol-containing wastewater generated by Xinjiang Xuanli Environmental Protection’s existing 500,000 tons per year hydrogenation pretreatment facility for medium- and low-temperature coal tar distillates as raw materials. By employing green technologies for the extraction of phenols from medium- and low-temperature coal tar, it enables the efficient extraction and green transformation of high-value phenolic compounds, thereby producing a variety of high-value phenol-based products. The trickle-bed reactor, which is the core equipment in the phenol upgrading project, is a highly efficient gas-liquid-solid three-phase catalytic reaction device used in processes such as hydrogenation, oxidation, and dehydration; it plays a key role in hydrogenation, cracking, or separation steps. During the manufacturing process, Lanshi Heavy Equipment Xinjiang Company, leveraging its extensive experience in producing similar equipment, formulated precise production plans, organized the production processes scientifically, allocated personnel, equipment, and material resources effectively, and strictly controlled the quality and progress at various stages such as raw material processing, component assembly, and final inspection. As a result, it was able to complete the production tasks efficiently and with high quality, demonstrating the company’s comprehensive capabilities in energy equipment manufacturing. Xinjiang Company stated that it will focus on customer needs, make full use of its advantages and potential in high-end equipment manufacturing, and exert efforts in all aspects such as preliminary preparation, production, and logistics transportation.
