Recently, at the Qingshui Yinquan project site in Shaanxi, 3 critical equipment units known as \"Jinhua Furnaces\", manufactured by Lu’an Huaji, were lifted into place in one go, providing essential support for the smooth operation of the project. It is reported that this project utilizes the Lu’an Huajī water-cooled wall directly-connected waste boiler gasifier (Jinhua Furnace 3.0) technology, with two units in operation and one as a backup. The total gas production capacity is 200,000 Nm³/h (CO+H₂), and gasification takes place under conditions of 6.5 MPa and 1350–1400°C. This approach offers significant economic benefits, low operating costs for the equipment, and ensures safety and stability. With the continuous growth of Jinhua Furnace’s market share and the rapid development of gasification technology, Lu’an Huaji has been continuously optimizing its strategic layout in recent years, seizing opportunities in the gasification technology market. It has achieved full coverage in the manufacturing of various mainstream gasification technologies, including water-coal slurry, dry powder, crushed coal, and biomass. The construction scope of the Qingshui Yinquan project in Shaanxi includes an annual production capacity of 600,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 28,000 m3/h of hydrogen production, 2 units with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons each for melamine production, 200,000 tons per year of ammonia water, 1 million tons per year of urea-based compound fertilizers, 100,000 tons per year of DMF, and 500,000 tons per year of soda ash. Among them, the first phase involves the construction of a plant with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons of synthetic ammonia (the main facilities include gasification and gas purification); a plant with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons of melamine; and a plant with an annual capacity of 1 million tons of urea-based compound fertilizers (the main facilities include carbon dioxide compression and urine synthesis units).
