Help: Errors occurring during the operation of the HTRI design pattern

When performing a calculation using an air cooler design model, after all the required parameters have been entered, the run button turns green; however, upon running it, a \"Visual Fortran run-time error\" occurs and the software exits automatically. What’s going on here? Is it a problem with the software itself, or with the input conditions? Thank you
Why does it seem like this is a problem with the software itself? Try it on another computer, or reinstall the software.
