It was developed in response to the needs of York air conditioning and refrigeration companies, whose copper tubes for heat exchangers all required expansion fitting. Previously, this task was carried out manually, which was inefficient, required a lot of effort, and did not guarantee consistent quality. We developed a fully automatic tube expansion fitting machine for them, allowing for automated expansion fitting without human intervention; they were very satisfied with it. Now, our management wants to introduce this machine to users in more different industries. It is known that there is demand from the pressure vessel industry for various types of tubular heat exchangers, as well as from the boiler industry for water-tube boilers. Do you think there are any other suitable application areas? Another issue is the direction for future development. We plan to upgrade the existing automatic tube expansion machines into integrated expansion-welding machines that can perform expansion followed by welding automatically. What are your thoughts on this approach?
