Is there a leak after I put the backup cooler into operation?

What to do if there is a leak in the circulating water?
It depends on what kind of material is leaking from you – organic or inorganic, soluble or insoluble, acidic or alkaline? This is the most straightforward assessment; material leakage can also cause a range of water quality issues, such as microorganisms, silt, and turbidity
I mean, since the valve for the circulating water in the backup cooler is leaking, it’s impossible for the tube bundle to dry out. So what should I do? Pour water on it, or leave it open?
