Consider this device as a whole. I’m not sure what kind of heat exchanger it is; if it were easy to disassemble, then various manufacturers would produce it by assembling its components.
I really haven’t heard of anyone doing that. If confidentiality is a concern, then the manufacturer should be asked to sign a confidentiality agreement; it’s not reasonable to manufacture them separately. And supervision is always necessary, as confidentiality involves various aspects.
For fixed-tube-sheet heat exchangers that need to be manufactured separately, it is necessary to handle the tube ends at both ends and the heat exchange section in the middle.
