If that’s the case, and you’re sure your area is correct, then you should provide the manufacturing drawings. In this way, most manufacturers can produce it according to the drawings. There’s nothing to say about this: the values you mentioned regarding flow rate and pressure are irrelevant, as the drawings are already available, and processing can be carried out according to those drawings. 2. If you don’t have a manufacturing drawing, then where does your area value come from? You shouldn’t specify the heat exchange area: this needs to be determined through thermal calculations, as the core of heat exchanger design lies in calculating the structure and area. 3. For a mixture of HCH and CL2, you need to provide the ratio (composition) of the mixture. . . . . . .
Since the area is given, all the dimensions should be provided so that the manufacturer can proceed with production directly. Just giving an area – how is that supposed to help anyone?

Given the temperature, pressure, and flow rate specified by the poster, a plate heat exchanger would be a good choice. Since the heat exchange area is already known, manufacturers with experience in producing plate heat exchangers can adjust the dimensions slightly using existing designs, and then proceed with manufacturing the gaskets~:)
