Why do the lugs I draw on the equipment according to the standards appear large and highly unattractive? Also, I’m not sure whether small storage tanks really need lugs drawn in accordance with the standards – I would appreciate some guidance from experts.
How can we ensure sufficient strength in non-standard designs?

1 The standard might have been to consider plumpness as a beauty trait; the aesthetic standards of the Tang Dynasty； My friend’s aesthetic is modern – thinness is considered beautiful: lol. The standards for the hooks are standardized, and they are chosen based on their load-bearing capacity; if the appearance becomes extremely unbalanced, it might be that the equipment is delicate but of very poor quality. Here’s a photo for reference: I didn’t bother calculating the appropriate hook size; I relied on past experience, and the load-bearing capacity of those hooks is far greater than the weight of the equipment. The proportion of the hooks seems acceptable, but I’m curious to hear what the original poster thinks
