Seeking help with thermocouple-controlled heating!

I have a question now: how to heat the oil inside a cylindrical tank in order to control its temperature. Temporarily, I’m thinking of adding a heating layer, along with thermocouples and a temperature controller. Does anyone know how to combine these elements? How to build a heating layer? What to use for heating? How to use it in conjunction with a thermocouple? Thank you so much
It can be heated with steam; a steam control valve is required, along with a K-type thermocouple controller. It’s still electric heating; it requires electric heating tubes, a contactor, and a K-type temperature controller
