If most of the components of the heat exchanger are replaced, does it need to be re-certified?

Question: Our company has a floating head heat exchanger, model BES600-1.76/0.6-90-6/25-2Ⅰ. This time, except for the pipe box with the nameplate that has not been replaced, all other components (casing, large and small floating heads, and tube bundles) have been replaced (not the original manufacturer). Ask whether the heat exchanger needs to apply for a new registration certificate. What is the legal basis?
Instead of applying for a new certificate, you need to go to the Quality Supervision Bureau to apply for repair and modification notification, and then issue an inspection report after passing the inspection by the Special Inspection Institute before it can be put into use.
