Calculation of floating head flange bolts

I would like to ask: when calculating floating head flanges, how are the center circle of the bolts as well as the size and quantity of the bolts determined?
The floating head flange can be checked according to the standard drawings.
Are there standard drawings for floating head flanges? So, what determines the diameter of the bolt circle and the size of the bolt?
The earliest standard drawing for floating-head heat exchangers from Lanshi Co.

It can be designed by referring to Table 7-3 in 7.5.2.1 of GB150.3-2011!
