As shown in the figure, was this heat exchanger drawn line by line using CAD? Is it still drawn in 3D and then projected? How should beginners get started in this field? The basic operations of CAD are fine

Two. Proportionally speaking, it is drawn stroke by stroke, though some details can be ignored since they are simply not visible. Regarding the relative positions, the thickness must be in proportion. If it isn’t in proportion, then the original image can be modified; in that case, there’s no need to maintain proportionality – it depends on the requirements of your company.
It’s not possible to tell from your diagram; if it’s detailed enough, especially regarding the heat exchange tubes, then it’s a 3D projection, and that can be identified. The principle of 3D projection is to follow the actual projection method. So it will be more detailed in terms of expression than a simple two-dimensional drawing.
These are just two examples; I can draw the sedimentation tank, but for this heat exchanger, it has to be drawn line by line using CAD, and I don’t think that’s possible
This is pretty simple a diagram, right? There’s nothing impossible about drawing it; there are many diagrams that are more complex than this, and they’re still created using 2D CAD.
