Problems installing PCCAD2007 on WIN10 system

In March, the Win10 operating system was installed, along with CAD 2007 and PCCAD 2007; after cracking them, they could be used normally. The system has been sluggish these past few days, so I reinstalled the same version of Windows 10 (Enterprise edition). I then installed CAD 2007 and PCCAD 2007 again. After installing CAD 2007, the software worked properly and could be used as usual. However, after installing PCCAD 2007 and cracking it, the same issue arose when trying to open the software, as shown in the image. This problem occurs every time I try to install it. I humbly ask all the experts here to help me figure out why the installation failed and how to install it correctly Urgent! Urgent! Urgent!

I used CAD16 and PCCAD18, and the installation was successful on the first try
