If you want to export directly, you need the corresponding import and export certificates. If you are working for the general contractor, then it is up to the general contractor to discuss with the client which standards to use; you just need to follow the standards agreed upon by the general contractor and you. Once that’s done, hand over the equipment to the general contractor, who will handle the export process, using their own certificates
