Selection of welding materials for heat exchanger tube sheets and tube bundles

During the process of sealing leaks in our company’s heat exchangers, cracks appeared in the tube sheet welds. I would like to ask experts: the material of the tube sheet is 16MN, while the material of the tube bundle is grade 20 steel. What type of welding rod should be used to avoid cracks when welding these two materials together? If TIG welding is used, what kind of wire should be selected? Urgent!
When these two materials are welded together, the welding material used is too ordinary; NB/T47015 specifies standard recommended materials. As for the cracks that occur during the leak sealing process, they are generally not caused by the welding materials; factors such as the cleaning of the groove at the repair site, the welding environment, and changes in the properties of the materials can have a significant impact on the quality of the weld.
